Honey, the honest way

Our Natural Honey comes from wooden bee boxes like these, kept among trees and wild flowers.

When the frames are full, they are lifted from the hive and the honey is spun out in a hand-turned extractor. It goes into glass jars with nothing added: no sugar, no syrup, just honey the way the bees made it.
